Brian is a boy age 7 years. He is the only child of a mother who is divorced. Brian’s mother has some developmental problems as well. Brian suffers asphyxia making his body very weak and he is malnourished. Brian needs immediate placement to receive proper nutrition and the services of an Occupational Therapist. Both mother and son need care and education on child care and nutrition. 2/21/18
