Jacinta is a girl age 9 years and has a two year old sister who is healthy. She is very weak and cannot do anything for herself. She depends on her 80 year old grandmother who has an injured knee. She needs placement to receive proper nutrition and services of an Occupational Therapist. 2/21/18
