Alfonse 6 years and his younger brother Anthony who is 4 years were born with many problems. Both have period bouts with pneumonia. Malaria is also a common ailment. They are in and out of hospital but their parents are too poor to afford a 100 shilling fare to take them for physiotherapy exercises. They don’t talk, walk, and cannot feed themselves. They need placement since they are very weak and malnourished. 3/5/18
